In 2008 I founded Career Life Connection, an online community for those interested in work-life balance. On the site you can find research reports, "how to" articles, discussions and a job board. Oh, and my humble or not so humble opinions on the matter.

I want to thank Gen. Y for moving the ball down the field on this one. Without you and you're unique perspective on life-work, I'm not sure I would have had the courage to start this venture. I'm looking forward to you and Gen. X helping me change the way the work world works.
