Putting myself out there... eep! My problem - I fail with interviews. I prepare, and know exactly what I want to say beforehand, but when I get in there I freeze, forget how to speak (seriously, it's embarrassing), and generally look like an absolute tool. Can anybody recommend any books/blogs I can read to help myself, or give me any good tips? I have no interviews in the near future, but this is something I need to deal with before I find a job I'd like to go for. Thanks for your time chaps!

Consider changing your "personal story". Don't think of yourself as someone who "fails interviews" and "forgets how to speak". Focus on the times when you pass interviews or such; focus on the times when you prove a point, win an argument, demonstrate contageous passion. What sets those times apart from interviews?
