• I am a high-level field human resources generalist. Through the course of my career I have had the opportunity to learn the field of HR from the bottom up. I began my career at AAA as an intern and was hired on before I graduated from college. I am go-getter who is constantly looking to improve my skill sets and learn more about the field of HR.

With over ten years in the field of Human Resources, I have done extensive coaching and counseling in the business world both on a personal and professional level (leadership development, work/life balance, stress management, conflict resolution, etc). I have enjoyed helping my family and friends with resumes, interview skills, negotiating offers, career transition, and much more. • Dinning Room Hostess- Oversaw all aspects of dinning experience for retirement center residents. Supervised wait and kitchen staff of six to ten employees in absence of Food Service Director. Demonstrated excellent customer service skills as well as patience in dealing with teenagers and elderly people alike.
