Provide substantive application reviews and corresponding analytical work on permanent and temporary labor certification applications, and provides recommendations to the appropriate Federal staff for granting or denying labor certification. He/She will review incoming applications, analyze employer responses, perform employer existence checks, conduct prevailing wage reviews, draft correspondence, and provide recommendations regarding the merits of the applications. Review applications for completeness; maintain files in an accurate manner; prepare a variety of documents, correspondences, and reports using word processing and database software; and assist in the validation of the business status of the employer and confirm the employer’s knowledge that an application was on the firm’s behalf. Conduct prevailing wage reviews, comply with program regulations and technical guidance, and provide recommendations to Federal staff regarding the disposition of each application.

Creating and editing training materials, spreadsheets and other material for specific projects.

Assist in the process of migrating / decommissioning the old extranet platform

Supporting the transition of attorneys and information to the new system

Providing general maintenance support to the overall extranet program

Assist / support other Global Projects as needed.

To provide customers with Phone Support on software and hardware peripherals, diagnose and repair their issue, answer questions and give walkthroughs on software/hardware usage and website editing software, edit and modify websites, assure that time sensitive information is received during software/hardware issues, leave documentation of issues and assure that editing requests are documented to be assigned, and escalate calls to higher level technicians if and when required....
