So many small and medium nonprofits need the talents of HR, marketing, finance, and other professionals, yet don't always need their full-time services or have the resources to keep such professionals on staff. It would be great to have some type of co-op or property manager that rents office space to these nonprofits, but also provides as a part of rent, access to a group of these professionals who work in a common space of the building for all the nonprofit tenants/clients.

Transforming Story-holders into Story Tellers Like the beginning of The Agitator post states http://bit.ly/gXVkgs, any decent fundraiser knows stories are the best way to capture attention, but as I prepare for graduation, I'm looking forward to finding and sharing an organization's powerful stories with donors and other stakeholders.
