Hi, I'm Kristina Brzezinski, and I'm a second year MBA student at The George Washington University. Prior to coming to GW, I worked at Survivor Corps, a nonprofit, led by an Ashoka Fellow, that helped survivors of war and conflict heal and transform communities. While pursuing my MBA, I have further cultivated my managerial and entrepreneurial leadership skills with the goal of being able to drive greater social impact after graduation.
• Designed new direct marketing strategy and launched the program that doubled the customer base and increased revenue by 77%
• Implemented retention best practices, increasing first-year customer retention by 21% and multi-year customer retention by 42%
• Decreased direct marketing costs by 62% by renegotiating contracts and scopes of work with three vendors
• Collaborated with Executive Director, Board Director, consultants and key staff to create the Survivor Corps brand
