About Me

As a Gen Y in the Recruitment Communications Industry, Kristin's passion is to discuss the impact that technology and emerging generations have on the Recruitment Landscape. Blogging on these topics provides her an outlet to express her thoughts, insight and opinions as well as provide advice to HR professionals. She provides an up front and common sense view to topics that are typically brushed under the rug.

Over the past five years, Kristin has worked for NAS Recruitment Communications as the Director, Business Development in the Jacksonville, FL office and most recently in the San Diego, CA office. Although she enjoyed working with client partners to develop Employment Branding and Recruitment Marketing Strategies, she has since embarked on a new adventure moving from the agency side to the media side and is now the Director, National Sales for Climber.com.

She is a graduate of Penn State University holding a degree in Communications with a major in Journalism. Although she never pursued the journalist route, she is a published author for State College Magazine. Her blogs have been featured in industry specific newsletter, blogs and articles.
