About Me

My tech comm interests are content strategy, management, and re-use, project management, XML, DITA, CSS, usability, online learning, and journalism.

I have experience designing software help systems, manuals, and department trainings for core skills. I excel at process analysis and improvement. I learn the product deeply and then I produce quickly, with an emphasis on improving the documentation and the product during every iteration. The key to making those improvements is good project management.

I would love to be a lone writer for a growing company. The thought of building a tech comm department from the ground up is exciting.
