• Developed business requirements for multiple projects; set, managed, and delivered on client expectations. Consistently dispatched all creative and technical development project deliverables on-time and on-budget.
• Oversaw multiple email marketing initiatives and click-through analytics with revenues ranging from $5-25k.

• Hired to build a MarCom/User Experience tract within Delivery Management; reviewed other PMs' SOWs/project plans to ensure adequate time allowed for front-end/back-end design and approvals and that project cost was not undervalued to client.
• Managed brand research; wrote an internal brand initiative communication strategy; directed team and interfaced with client business units' key stakeholders to create an internal process brand.
Managed San Francisco Magazine’s “Best of the Bay” event signage to ensure consistency of design and brand standards and on-time delivery of over 100 pieces.
