  • Managed the SF Digital team to ensure that Digital offerings were comprehensive and delivered to the highest standards consistently across the GyroHSR network; provided strategic consultancy to clients regarding their Digital activities for both SF and NY offices.
    • Scoped all Digital work and reviewed Account’s SOWs/timelines to ensure they met GyroHSR standards and revenue goals.
    • An active member of the SF management team, developed/refined process efficiencies across the network and increased Digital revenue by approximately 20%.

    • Rebranded a nonprofit transportation association, created website information architecture, and produced marketing collateral; planned and managed several fundraising events. All of the above combined with executive direction resulted in the association winning the title of Best US Trucking Association in 2006.

    • Managed brand research; wrote an internal brand initiative communication strategy; directed team and interfaced with client business units' key stakeholders to create an internal process brand.

    • Hired to build the Creative/User Experience Dept and grow the revenue in the SF office.
    • Synthesized/distilled client’s vision to each Creative discipline; provided direction for user researchers, project strategists, information architects, visual designers, content staff, and site developers in the creation of interactive websites that best demonstrated use case processes.
    • Represented User Experience/Creative Strategy points-of-view in all business development pursuits.
    • Created cross-functional training that improved efficiency of UX and back-end technology teams and increased revenues by 30%.
    • Developed design requirements and estimated Creative resources; worked with business analysts/IAs to draft use cases and validate overall project requirements.

    • Art directed and implemented concepts for product packaging, collateral, signage, and specialty marketing pieces. Accountable for the quantity, quality, and brand consistency of all design.
    • Evolved a more efficient strategy for releasing products to market in the most cost-effective and timely manner.
    • Designed packaging to meet multiple language requirements; coordinated overseas production to ensure consistency with locally-produced packaging; worked with Product Engineering to develop user-friendly methods for product hook-ups.
    • Created a project cataloging program for reviewing projects – the catalyst for working more effectively with the International team, so there was one source to review the status on projects.
