I currently serve as the SIFE Director of Career Connections, managing the SIFE Career Connections Network and Career Connections Advisory Council and serving as a Recruitment Specialist for over 40 of our key partners, including many Fortune 500 and 100 companies. Through the creation of strategic and targeted action plans, I help our partners acheive their recruitment goals through SIFE and serve as a catalyst for business and academic development.
Assisted Recruitment Manager with applicant tracking reports, new hire database, and Walmart & Sam's Club Home Office & field recruitment. Served as SIFE liaison, securing over 250 judges and recruiters to participate in SIFE events nationwide. Instrumental in confirming over 30 Walmart & Sam's Club officers (VP and above) for the SIFE USA National Exposition.
Identified the request of customers, enabling them to make a informed decision when purchasing cellular telephones/service plans and home electronics. My knowledge of each piece of merchandise from high-definition televisions to the parts, batteries, and accessories that make up the finshed product allowed me to intelligently recommend the right merchandise and/or diagnose/repair the item on-site.
Responsible for on-air programming for campus non-commercial radio station, including airtime sponsorships, supervision of staff and on-air content, and general maintainence/observation of the transmitter in accordance with the FCC and university protocol. Also hosted a 2-hour LIVE morning show weekdays while classes were in session (including summer and winter break).
