Kimberly Roden is a Human Resources professional with more than 20 years of trench experience with concentrations in leadership coaching, performance management and employee engagement. Kimberly’s success as a strategic business partner is due to her ability to build relationships as well as her unyielding integrity and ethics. She believes in using creative solutions and ideas instead of using a one-size-fits-all approach when working with people and processes.

Kimberly’s greatest accomplishment (and challenge!) in life is being a single mother to twins who are now in college.
