Julie Ferris I am trying to relocate to Seattle and am trying to 1) build my network there (find me on LinkedIn) and 2) am applying to great companies with good community relations...I'm an experienced communications professional with teaching, writing, broadcast and PR experience and am currently working in the government sector implementing use of social media and disseminating legislative policy. I know it's a competitive field as well, but it's been much more difficult than I expected. Even with networking, I haven't really met anyone that's hiring or knows of anyone hiring. Not losing hope though!

Mike Dammann If you have a business twitter account, http://www.refollow.com is great to gain followers. I wouldn't do it with a personal account unless you're ok with following all sorts of people regardless of what they have to say. Follow who follows your competitors. Find those thru http://wefollow.com Take care, Mike

Kim Schneider: ReFollow is a great tool for Twitter users. I use it to find local Twitter users in my area and see who they are following.

As a side note - sometimes it makes the mistake of telling me someone isn't following me even though they are...so not really a good tool to use if you are filtering for certain things.

Kim Schneider: Yes, I'm a fan of the BBC version, but not so much the U.S. version. BBC version was short and sweet. U.S. version seems to drag on to me.

Michelle Amurao: I sure did and it's pretty easy. It's a much lighter taste than the brewed so it's very easy to tell which one is the instant coffee.
