• Managed a four-month records retention project for transit companies no longer working at the airport to create a database of seven hundred companies verified as non-operative via the online Public Utilities Commission database.
• First served as an intern for the record label and was promoted to Operations Manager in four months after creating and maintaining various product customer databases, merchandise and office-related organizational systems and agendas using Excel and MS/Word.
• Successfully established an internship program and was involved in the hiring and training processes to bring in interns interest in gaining music industry experience to work in our office, studio, design department, and in promotion. Created a curriculum and trained office employees on our Excel database, packaging/shipping and UPS protocol.
