Maintain personnel records; employment verifications, I-9, DE-34 reporting, EDD-Unemployment Insurance requests. Safety, building access, parking. Develop policies: Assist in developing, implementing and documenting policies, processes and procedures. Manage legal and internal postings and write newsletter.
Provide or arrange for manager and/or employee training. Administer training programs such as Sexual Harassment Prevention, track completion and document. Implemented a Safety Team and conducted quarterly meetings.
