Since I was a child, I love visiting my Aunt Mary with her work in the kitchen. She was a pastry chef in a hotel and I adore her cakes and cupcakes. I realized that wouldn't hurt and be strange to the idea of having our own pastry shop. I wrote an essay and a letter of request to banks which can lend us money for our business. Now it's up and running. Also, I write essays and dish review on a food magazine. I just reviewed a dish made of tofu which was televised in Iron chef.
