About Me

Keida-Ann Borgella is the owner and publisher of Girls Just Wanna Have Funds where she discusses all things related to personal finance and women. She teaches women the value of making their money work for them, and how not to get trapped in a life of debt and living paycheck to paycheck, all while breaking financial ceilings one stiletto at a time. Girls Just Wanna Have Funds has also gained national media attention via ABC, NBC, The Wall Street Journal and Fox News DC with articles in Essence and Women's Health forthcoming.

Keida-Ann is also the founder and CEO of My Quarter Life Coach, a life coaching practice geared towards the Quarter Life Crisis often experienced by those in their twenties to mid thirties. Her passion in this area is palpable as she thoroughly enjoys helping quarterlifers secure their identities, assess their life paths and get on the road to living a life congruent with their goals and dreams. Keida Ann's experience includes 8 years in the counseling field which includes working with adolescents, college students and young adults on a variety of issues including identity issues, life adjustment, substance abuse, mental health and trauma related issues. She is able to relate to young women and men in their 20s and 30s and understand the expectations to launch right out of college into larger than life expectations which result in a failure to launch. My Quarter Life Coach, specializes in the quarter life experience as it relates to relationships, career and identity issues specific to Generation X and Generation Y.

Keida-Ann was born in Jamaica and raised in New York City. She moved to DC after graduating college where she met and married her now husband, Jean Borgella and lives in the Washington DC Metro Area. Her graduate studies include a MA Counseling Psychology and MA Forensic Psychology.
