• I handle all of the planning, hiring, and HR. I also set goals for the staff to achieve great results. Most of my time is spent planning or allocating resources to different jobs. All bidding and purchasing also crosses my desk. I am responsible for the operations as well as the profitability of the company in general.

• I currently manage the day to day operation of YGG. I head up all the public relations, finding contributers, and coordinating site improvements. I work with the public as far as interviews and information about the company.
