• Lead designer and principal on residential remodel projects, creating as-builts, conceptual design, schematic design, design development, and construction drawings.
• Responsible for hiring and managing engineers and contractors; in charge of permit process and interaction with inspectors; contracts, billing, and fee negotiations.

November 2009 to June 2010
• People’s Grocery: designing with a small team to create multi-layered spaces, using sustainable strategies and standard materials; creation of project documents and deliverables.

Beyer Blinder Belle

June 2008 to August 2009
• Cooper-Hewitt Museum: created elevation drawings using documentation gathered during site visits, and structural and historic documents; documented existing conditions of deteriorated interior finishes, dimensions and condition of ornamented ceilings during site visits; created window schedule; assisted with client documents such as site-line diagrams and phasing plans.
• The Armory in Central Park: created first generation floor plans and RCPs from photographs and field notes; worked with lead designer to create client documents.
• Mark Morris Dance Agency: created 3D model to develop perspective drawings for presentation to client.

• Interlomas Centre: worked in Revit with lead designer to develop interior finish designs, floor pattern designs, and materials palette.

• Researched historical record of structure, including transportation from primary site to current site, construction and demolition of additions and outbuildings, primary and secondary functions, and transfer of ownership.
• Creation of all first generation documents, including plans and elevations, Historic Structure Report, materials deterioration documentation, and preservation strategies.

• Mathews Elementary School (Plano Independent School District): developed interior finishes materials and color palette, and transitional finishes to existing wing.
