    • Responsible for hiring and managing engineers and contractors; in charge of permit process and interaction with inspectors; contracts, billing, and fee negotiations.

  • • People’s Grocery: designing with a small team to create multi-layered spaces, using sustainable strategies and standard materials; creation of project documents and deliverables.

  • • Cooper-Hewitt Museum: created elevation drawings using documentation gathered during site visits, and structural and historic documents; documented existing conditions of deteriorated interior finishes, dimensions and condition of ornamented ceilings during site visits; created window schedule; assisted with client documents such as site-line diagrams and phasing plans.
    • The Armory in Central Park: created first generation floor plans and RCPs from photographs and field notes; worked with lead designer to create client documents.
