I am responsible for the day to day operations and client management for over 150 national clients. My role requires taking a client through the post-sales cycle end to end while ensuring the implementation, managing the deployment and managing the operation fully. My responsibilities include but are not limited to conducting and organizing training sessions, managing outsourced services including Customer Service and an overseas Data Entry team, rigorous account management, and acting as the main liaison between our company and the client. During my experience, I have been very much involved with sales, marketing and customer service while tirelessly working to grow a startup into a multi-million dollar company.
