I have demonstrated skills in short form documentary and narrative editing, with experience in editing, production, sound mixing, and designing workflows (including cross-platform). I have a strong understanding of software packages, with proven ability to adapt to new technologies and techniques.

• A/V Coordinator - Pioneered sound ministry at the Arvada Vineyard (local church), including recruiting and training a team of volunteer sound mixers and creating the Arvada Vineyard podcast.

• Network Administrator for small telecom company. Built new network infrastructure, including purchasing equipment, pulling cable, setup of Windows 2000 Server Active Directory domain structure, DNS, DHCP, print server, firewall, etc. Researched and oversaw implementation of new accounting solution (MAS90) to handle accounting as well as inventory control and shipping. Provided desktop and printer support, software purchasing recommendations, email administration, and VoIP research. Constructed initial e-commerce website.

• Worked at the organizing office for the Sydney Olympic Outreach in Australia. Responsibilities included procuring, preparing, and providing technical support for all computer and networking equipment for an office of 15 on an extremely limited budget. Also helped with database development on a long-term solution to organizing the logistics of large (1000+ participant) YWAM events.
