2I've been told "You should really be doing things like this." I hear it about blogging, I hear it as a librarian, I hear it in the world of competitive strength, and I hear it from doctors who want to counsel me about Tourette's Syndrome. I listened for too long and it got me nowhere. My first response now when I heard I "should" do something is to ask, "Says who?" I don't discount the wisdom of others, but too many people let the ideas of others discourage their own free thinking.

About Me
I'm a gigantic 32 year old librarian with extreme Tourette's Syndrome. My business card says "badass" on it. I value curiosity, compassion, and progress above all things. I've got a beautiful family and an awesome job. I'm also making a bunch of money on my blog now, so I have no idea what the future will hold.
I'm also working on a cure for Tourette's, after fiddling around for 16 years with a bunch of ineffective neurologists. I excel at creating something out of nothing and I'm strong as hell, both physically and mentally.
I love to have fun and I hate being bored. I'm nowhere near as intense as those first two paragraphs make me sound.
