Responsible for financial reporting, accounting control and analysis, SOX compliance, monthly forecast and annual business plan of the sales organization (approximately 2,200 associates and $270M).

  * Designed Access databases to house and analyze payroll, expense, sales, and human resource information for all sales associates.

  * Restructured sales pay structure to reduce administrative redundancies by 75% and enable more accurate headcount reporting.

  * Centralized monthly close and annual planning processes in order to drive efficiency between division and field staff (reduction of approximately 500 man-hours annually).

• Reported to the SBS CFO with one direct report. Responsible for implementation and management of the company car program for ADP’s entire North American sales force (approximately 5,000 sales associates).

  * Oversaw a fleet of 2,100+ vehicles worth approximately $30M.

  * Designed an Access database to track inventory and costs to ensure accurate reporting, analysis and accounting of the program.

  * Served as a SOX auditor during initial rollout of compliance measures in addition to Asset Manager responsibilities.

• Reported to the Sales Controller as a sole contributor supporting the Northeast Division Vice President of Sales and 10 sales executives. Responsible for accounting control and analysis, monthly forecast and annual business plan of the Northeast Sales Division (approximately 300 sales associates and $20M).

  * Only sales division of five to meet its expense budget for the year while exceeding sales targets.

  * Developed an Excel model to forecast monthly bonus payouts at a manager level.

  * Designed and implemented a training class on the Concur Expense Management System to all new sales associates.
