About Me
Jonathan Coffman is a social media and online community management specialist. He is currently the social media product manager for a major media company in the Washington DC area. He works daily to enhance personal communication and connections between the information consumer and the organization.
Jonathan graduated from the Missouri School of Journalism in May 2008 with a degree in Media Convergence and a minor in sociology. He takes his experience in the news business as a reporter and producer and adapts those learnings to the larger social media and online technology sphere.
As a blogger, Jonathan examines the intersection of new and old technology in building trust agents on the Internet and maintaining a personal voice for career and industry development.
