About Me

Jon Davidson is the Co-Founder of The Resume Bay, a company focused on creating winning resumes and career strategies for the Information Age. He has over 13 years of experience working in the personnel improvement industry, maintaining a strong emphasis on helping job seekers discover their true value and effectively conveying it to prospective employers. Originally, from New Jersey, Davidson currently resides in Columbus, OH where in 2002, he also established JEM Consulting Services, an executive recruiting firm committed to locating and fine-tuning niche talent for positions within the engineering, accounting/finance, Procurement, and IT industries.
Davidson formerly worked in Manhattan as an Assistant Engineer with artists such as Michael McDonald, P Diddy, and Phil Ramone. He currently lives in Columbus, OH where he continues to record and write music.
