The best example I've found has been Third Sector New England (www.tsne.org). Basic idea is that there are so many non-profits in nola that could benefit from sharing resources and working together to create true change.

@ Demetra I think meeting burgeoning AND experienced social entrepreneurs will totally help in this regard. I'm going to start looking for mentors soon
@ Neema, Stanford has an incredible social enterprise arm. That's a dream school destination for sure. But not an immediate priority for me right now.
