I'm on my 3rd Career after about 10 years each in IT and in Finance & Accounting, I'm now in HR, with a strong emphasis on Organizational Development and Career Development.
I've spent much of the last year as a master trainer for a talent development program which we're rolling out company-wide. Our next wave will likely focus on strengths-based development and I'm involved in that too.
