I'm a newly minted lawyer living in Los Angeles. I originally grew up in suburban Detroit. I graduated twice from Indiana University with a degree in sports marketing and a law degree.
I now work at the Loyola Marymount University Athletic Department in athletic compliance. I passionately believe that intercollegiate athletics are a valuable part of the education experience, and teams can be successful without resorting to cheating.
My other passion is law school, and the effect that law school has on its students. My goal with Fearfully Optimistic is to build a resource that allows law students to do law school however they want and be successful at the same time. My belief is that by doing this, our law schools will produce better and more energized lawyers.
