Experienced in Human Resource Management

As a Human Resource Generalist, I am experienced in directing all functional areas of human resources, including recruitment and retention, staff development, conflict resolution, performance management, employee relations, compensation administration/benefits administration, management coaching, counselling and termination. Worked in partnership with management to establish human resources strategies in support of corporate goals. Developed and/or launched proactive HR initiatives in organizations varying in size from 40 to more than 1200 in staff. Knowledgeable in employment law and related complaint investigations. Have successfully represented my company in EEOC and state discrimination complaints.

• Extensive background in managing all aspects of human resource departments with up to 13 associates, for companies with a single location, or multiple locations in multiple states.
• Demonstrated skills in interpreting/administering policies, practices, programs and processes; or working with management in developing new ones when needed.
