About Me

For much of my professional life, I have served as a "bridge" between various groups (for example, software engineers and software customers). In my view, "Web 2.0" (or whatever next week's buzzword will be) is only a tool to do something that we should have been doing all along - maintaining contact with our customer base.

While much of my experience is derived from providing computer software (biometrics, educational testing, general purpose) to government customers (public safety agencies, homeland security agencies, educational institutions), I have also worked in industries as diverse as licensed novelties (such as Beverly Hills 90210 posters) and aircraft engines.

My Internet experience dates back to the early 1980s, when Reed College was one of the nodes on the predecessor to Usenet.

I enjoy marketing products to customers, and coordinating within the company to determine what we will deliver to the customers. My track record shows that I have been successful in doing this for several different employers.

• As MorphoTrak reorganizes into a single entity, I have rejoined the Proposals organization, and am now responsible for writing proposals for the Printrak Biometric Identification Solution, and for ALL of the biometric and security products offered by MorphoTrak.
