Managed all sales, demonstrations and personnel in northern half of Florida and southern Georgia, as well as insuring demonstrators where supplied with needed items.

I performed Training and orientation of all new employees in any position within the restaurants, as well as attending new location opening worldwide. Validated in all areas of operation so as to be able to train employees in any position from using the computer system to running a rotation system. Taught both food safety and liquor sales for certification.
