About Me

Hello,
I am 47 years of age with my wife and son living in Colorado.
I enjoy good movies, sports, and food. I have just started my own consulting firm in Information Technology. I am the CTO of the company and we currently have two employees. Yee Haw I am on my way. I have also just started College again and am pursuing my Bachelor's of Science in Computer science with an emphasis in Security.

• My current responsibilities are to troubleshoot email marketing software and the machines that use this software. I interact with Clients on a regular basis and help them figure out how to use the software as well as troubleshoot any issues they may be suffering form concerning their machines and the software.

• Worked with Wireless networks and specialized phone for their networks. Made sure that their wireless networks were setup correctly to use the phones that we supplied. handled everything form Access point troubleshooting to overall network setup. Also worked in the VoIP section of Polycom troubleshooting VoIP telephony systems and networks.

• Worked the Cisco Help desk for desktop support within the IBM campus. was responsible for Cisco Employee support fir their desktop and laptop machines. Was responsible for setup through use, for everything form Microsoft to their wireless networks at home and especially their VPN setup and use.
