About Me

I was born in Juneau, Alaska and raised all over the U.S. and Canada. Living in Caracas, Venezuela during the 1990's was quite an experience, one that I feel really shaped my adventurous spirit.

After graduating college, I ventured north from Florida to Baltimore, Maryland for grad school to study Industrial Organizational Psychology. I was also awarded a fellowship that allowed me to work in public policy research.

After grad school, I headed off to the Nation's capital to work for the largest association of psychologists in the world - the American Psychological Association (APA). I educate employers, psychologists and employees about the importance of healthy workplaces.

• Awarded graduate fellowship (1-4 spots available each year). Worked with researchers and consultants on public policy and public health research projects for various non-profit and government agencies.
