• Work directly with the recruiters, candidates and hiring managers to schedule candidate interviews across all verticals (Comm and Media, Consumer and Commercial Products, Financial Services, Public Sector, Internal and Global Services)
• Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on candidates, interview schedules, new hires and other recruiting activities using the ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
• Manage monthly recruiting and employee related metrics
• Arrange travel for visiting candidates
• Assist team members in posting job opportunities to various job boards
• Conduct background checks
• Participate in events to help recruit candidate such as, career fairs and networking events
• Conduct employee referral phone screens
• Update candidate records and job postings in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System)

I volunteered in an administrative capacity for the volunteer services department at Henry Ford Hospital West Bloomfield. My duties as a volunteer included assisting with and organizing the recruitment and interviewing of prospective volunteers. In addition I assisted with the on boarding process, and placement of new recruits. I composed and reviewed correspondence for all incoming and current volunteers. I was responsible for maintaining the computer and paper file systems for both current and prospective volunteers. This included keeping track of the individuals throughout the entire hiring process. I volunteered an average of 25 hours per week.
