As Shoutlet's product training manager I train clients on the Shoutlet userface, and provide strategic ideas on getting started with the platform and implement Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube. I provide technical support to clients, and check-in with clients to see that they are using Shoutlet to it's fullest capabilities. I also assist with product marketing, which includes newsletters, forum posts, and user manual updates.
I also help with campaign/project management and ensure that campaigns are launched on time, stay within budget, and perform to clients expectations. I also assist our research department with competitor analysis, social community/blog research, and assist wherever needed.
As a customer service representative I handled cash daily, executed customer transactions and provided excellent customer service to members. I assisted the marketing department with event planning, maintaining customer databases and sending out promotional fliers. I also helped the loan service department during the off-school season with filing, escrow check distributions, and updating customer information.
