I am using ScribeFire as my blog offline editor. I love that it has a preview feature so I can see what my post looks like before I publish it. Do you have a favorite offline editor, what is it?

I drove the Pan American highway from Texas to Chile about 1.5 yrs ago. Challenging? Yes, but I loved it and would love to do something like two and four week small group tours (either Central America, or South). A 15 pass van could hold six people and their gear. Any ideas on where to finding funding to start something like this and how to market it?
