About Me

Jenny Ferry is a professional coach, speaker and trainer who is dedicated to empowering young women to transform their lives by building an authentic foundation for a wildly successful life.

She has enthusiastically coached and mentored twenty-somethings, including college students, recent college grads and young professionals, for the last ten years.

As a seasoned business consultant and expert in the field of learning & development, Jenny has interacted with Fortune 100 companies, as well as global non-profit organizations, on high-level projects from the East Coast to Silicon Valley, from London to the Pacific Rim.

Her own professional dream came true when she founded Crest of Your Life, a specialty learning & development firm, to empower twenty-somethings to successfully navigate the critical challenges and transitions of early adulthood. She believes every woman should be empowered for life and brings this powerful message along with practical know-how to her exclusive WE 4 LIFE!™ online coaching community and her signature event, the Crest of Your Life Weekend Experience, currently held several times a year at boutique resorts in Arizona and California.

Jenny is a member of the International Coach Federation and has received professional coach training through The Coaches Training Institute (CTI), the largest in-person coach training school in the world and the only to teach CTI's ground-breaking Co-Active® model of coaching.

Jenny received her Master’s degree in Higher Education from The University of Arizona where she not only developed and implemented innovative programming for high-ability undergraduate students, but also served as an instructor and administrator. She also graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics.

Jenny lives in a new urbanist community with her husband and daughter on the fringes of Saguaro National Park in Tucson, Arizona. Jenny loves to give back and proudly supports organizations whose mission aligns with her values and whose work she genuinely believes in, particularly those that enrich the lives of children and protect our environment.
