About Me

Jenny graduated with high honors from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign and earned a Bachelor's degree in Food Science and Human Nutrition with a concentration in Dietetics. She completed her dietetics training at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston, Massachusetts in August 2009. In addition, she is tech-sassy, loves social media, and has a passion for sports nutrition and writing.

Jenny began her career during her senior year of college when her and Katie Hamm started All Access Internships in April 2008. All Access Internships is a website dedicated to meeting the needs of the dietetics student community, which launched in October 2008. The website started as a static resource and has evolved into an interactive community and social network for future dietitians--now offering a premium membership and one-on-one coaching as well as a monthly newsletter, list serv, and frequent updates and tips on Facebook and Twitter. The website has been mentioned in the Journal of the American Dietetic Association and Today's Dietitian.

Jenny now serves as a Nutrition Consultant for SportFuel, Inc. (a sports nutrition practice) and Eat Like the Pros, LLC (a Chicagoland organic meal delivery service) both based out of Western Springs, IL. Jenny enjoys blogging, guest blogging, and writing for various outlets. She has contributed articles and guest blog posts for the following blogs, websites, and publications:
