She has served as the Executive Director of Clinical Operations at a physician staffing and clinical management company, handling physician recruitment and managing business operations. Previously, Jennifer worked as an executive recruiter in a boutique staffing company, where she attained a Fortune 100 company as a key client. She has also worked as an in-house recruiter for a global pharmaceutical company. Jennifer has a B.S. in Psychology with a minor in Business from St. Joseph’s University.
