TOP IDEA: Sarah Peck Hey creative people! What's your favorite way to unwind, to relax, or to recharge on your busy days? How do you take a break from work and come back feeling refreshed? Some days I have to work quite late, and I've taken to walking outside - a LOT - in order to be able to come back to the office ready-to-go. What do you do that works?

Sometimes after a long, hard day, even if I'm tired (like tonight), I'll still take it outside for a run because I hit the bed like no other. Working out is amazing for keeping balanced in a crazy busy world ...

Not really the full nail-painting thing, but just soaking my feet in hot water makes me happy.

During the day I relax through breaks where I read a chapter in a fantasy book or watch a silly TV show. The idea is to keep it short and absolutely irrelevant and stupid.

Janna Marlies Santoro Full-time freelancers & indie workers: do you work mostly face-to-face with clients, or virtually? Do you have a preference or better success with one or the other?

Daya Bihm: My work is virtual

Helena Bouchez: I work mostly virtually, but visit my clients in person (even if its on my own dime) at least twice a year.

Jen Grier Networking Roulette Letdown: There are two major improvements that I need to see in place before I reattempt using the app. Right now, I see the first in place: More events at times other than 8PM, as we don't all work 9-5 shifts, you know. Secondly, there needs to be an option to keep a log of our chats with out folks on Brazen Careerist or emailed to us for future reference. I hate attempting to copy-paste at the last moment, hoping to catch everything before the Roulette window closes!

Sal Pellettieri Do people still use To-do lists? or am I the only one??? Do people think they're useful?

Make sure that you are the master of the task list and you put the most valuable items first. Do not get stuck in the check-off or first-in first-out approach. It is all about priorities.

All the time. I have them on my calendar, on a piece of paper, and I'll usually organize and pile my work in a way that looks like an "In" box and an "out" box. I think it's vital to stay organized.

Jen Grier Does anyone have tips/advice on getting together a voiceover team in multiple languages? The possibility has come up and I'm wondering what advice you'd have to tackle it.

Jen Grier I'm a musician, but sometimes I just bake some bread. I like mixing up recipes a little, as in... adding beer. :) (Don't judge me! Try it!)

Dave Matney: I've never had a beer bread I didn't like.
