I've been a do-er from several angles -- administrative and high-level executive support positions, training roles, through quality assurance auditing responsibilities, and as expected through several years of management.
What motivates me?
Seeing a task through from inception to completion motivates me. I take pride in a job well done.

-Provided secretarial and administrative support to the Head of Commercial and Support Services, the Interim Head of Production Services, and Group Finance Manager, including complex calendar and appointment management, domestic and international travel arrangement and expenses, prioritizing workloads, research and reporting
-Serviced senior-level and strategic meetings and conferences including venue, catering and accommodation arrangement; circulating papers
-Successfully supported several key internal projects: internal corporate communications initiatives, promotion of the staff consultation forum, cost-saving organizational restructure
-Monitored income and expenditure of an approximate $1.6M budget, with overall responsibility for a $100K administrative budget
