Our bodies are much cleverer than we are: listen to your gut feeling when looking at a job advert and feel, does it feel exciting in your body (tingling sensation in your stomach, light chest, open heart) or does it just sound good for rational reasons? Never choose a job that just sounds good. It's got to excite you!!

Not the circumstance creates the feeling but the thought we think about the event. So next time you're getting yourself down about something, check in with yourself what the thought is that's creating your bad mood and make that thought a little bit better and believable. Be picky! Choose your thoughts carefully!

Work does not have to hard graft, painful and annoying! - Innovative thought, I know!! I believe that life is too short to do work that you don't like, so I spend all of my time inspiring young people to keep looking and learning about themselves until they find work that truly matters to them.
