About Me
Life is what you make it; the more hard work and dedication you put into every project, event and even hobby will push you closer to achieving your goals and happiness in life. Cliché, maybe, or it could be important advice that will make your life what you want.
Our great life includes my beautiful wife and awesome twin boys. We believe in sacrificing the superficial for important goals; keeping up with the Jones is fiscal suicide that makes you a slave to commercialism. Keeping it simple means less stress and more room for ideas and growth.
As an educator and a leader I believe in self realization and self discovery through constant guidance and mentorship. The days of coercive leadership are numbered when your organization discovers that your people are your strongest asset. The mission must always come first, but it probably will not be met with authoritarianism. When the intelligentsia become the norm of your organization there will be prosperity and success for the entire organization. Google and Apple come to mind.
