About Me

In my 10 years of retail management experience I have demonstrated a commitment to quality, efficiency and driving sales. I create cohesive and highly productive teams by fostering a collaborative work environment, giving and receiving constructive feedback and providing proper training and mentorship.

I have experience in both "best in class" retailers and start up companies, including co-owning and managing a multi-location specialty store. My supervisors have always given me praise for my performance and I have served on advisory boards, special task forces, participated in VP level projects, and received performance incentives and awards.

My work for start ups and nonprofit organizations required a great deal of community outreach and grassroots marketing. I have fundraising experience with individuals, corporations and events. Managing both large scale and impromptu events has always been a significant part of my job.

I am most comfortable managing teams and working in a collaborative environment. As a skilled multi-tasker, I am known for bringing structure and order to chaotic environments. I want to work with people that excel in their field and uphold a high level of integrity. My ideal job would allow me to mentor others while providing me great examples of leadership.
