Kirsten ten Brink I thought The Almost Moon was SO DEPRESSING, I had to stop reading halfway through.

That's the book I'm currently trying to concur at the moment. It's so much different than Sebold's first, "The Lovely Bones".

: It's was unbelievably depressing and a bit too strange. I found it disappointing after reading "The Lovely Bones" and "Lucky".

Heather I do something on my blog called Music Enlightenment. I like to post songs of artists that are less popular than the radio stuff. Check out this post: http://bit.ly/8Wa7fX

Iz: Solid song. Sounds hype and the writing is good.

Heather I read more than one book at a time for some reason. I was reading "The Virgin Suicides" by Jeffrey Eugenides, "Icy Sparks" by Gwyn Hyman Rubio, and "The Almost Moon" by Alice Sebold. All of the books are great writing I just have a short attention span. I finally finished "The Virgin Suicides" because my mother bought me the movie which motivated me because I wanted to compare the two. I did, and blogged about it. http://bit.ly/8Ix3ky

Kim N. Campbell Hey guys! I'm curious...when you first started blogging, did you know what your blog was about. Because at first I thought my blog would deal exclusively with social enterprise. But the more I write, the more I realize I gravitate towards topics that explore social issues, and interesting approaches to addressing them. How did you guys find the topics you've committed to?

Mike Ambassador Bruny: Kim: My blog(www.runthepoint.blogspot.com) ...MoreKim: My blog(www.runthepoint.blogspot.com) has been focused on looking at exposing the life lessons in whatever situations we find ourselves. I don't think I blog as much as the average blogger does, but that may change in 2010. I am working on a 2nd blog for 2010 (Video Blog) and i'm doing more planning than I did in the first one.

Your Ambassador,
Mike Bruny

Andrea V. Lewis Question: How many times to you post on average per week? I post once a week on my personal blog and 2-3x on my professional blog. I'd love to hear what's your magic number(s) too!

Most of the time I mind map during the day at work to solidify my topics. Then at night, start vlogging or writing.

I think that how you organize depends on the end goal of your blog (as you seem to suggest in your original post). If you see it as a business or potential for future opportunities, you will work harder at it. I currently work from 7:30am to 4:30pm, spend time with the fam until 9pm, and blog/socialize until 2am. Probably not the best model.
