About Me

I am the Recruiting Director for Social Solutions in Baltimore, Maryland.
If you couldn't tell by my Profile Photo, I am not a Gen Y'er! :-)

I participate in several College and University Career Fairs each year, and will be doing some On-Campus Recruiting in the Baltimore area in 2010 and 2011. I have also been asked to participate in an Employers Panel / Discussion Group at Goucher College in Towson, Maryland. My discussion will be on utilizing Social Media in a job search.

  • Social Solutions is the leading provider of human and social service software. Social Solutions was founded in 2000 by human service professionals, and has been the leading provider of performance management software ever since.
    Harvey Clay was hired as HR Specialist to work closely with local SSI Management and the HR group from Esteam to begin the process of building a world class HR Department. One of the responsibilities was defining and mapping out a Recruiting Process and establishing relationships with Vendors as well as working closely with SSI Managers to implement the internal processes necessary to attract and retain top talent.
