1I'm in the midst of completing an annual review for the startup I work for (been there almost 2 years!) We're feeling a little more grown-up and it's the first time we're doing them (formally). As I was filling out some of the questions, adding objectives, goals, looking back, etc. I thought how useful it was. Then I thought, what do entrepreneurs do? How do you track your goals if you're working alone (ahem, lifestyle design)? How do you follow your progression and give yourself milestones?
