About Me

This is who I am:

As an IT Support Analyst with over 8 years' experience, I have worked in many business sectors; including Aerospace, Manufacturing, Retail, and Leisure.

In that time I've gained some strong and unique experience in IT - not least when fixing computers in a hospital mortuary!

This is who I help:

Medium to large sized organisations who need technically proficient, well organised people to deliver high standards of service and care to all parts of the business.

This is how I help them:

- Providing high standards of ITIL best practise 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line support to cutomers.

- Maintaining desktop PCs, laptops, and servers running MS Windows operating systems.

- Completing projects to deadline.

Never shy about accepting a challenge, I'm currently training myself to complete 100 push ups in a single set. After weeks of following a strict diet and exercise regime, not to mention the desire to achieve my goal at all costs, I can now do 5 - which is awesome.
