Responsibilities
Reporting to, and second in-charge to the Managing Director, I was involved across all aspects of this multi-location services business. My role included, but was not limited to provision of excellent customer service to external and internal clients, all marketing efforts, sales opportunity generation, procurement, business process development, capital expenditure and budget development and control, service provider negotiations and Service Level Agreement management across the group. Until the back-office merger with our parent company Select Australasia (Randstad), I was also responsible for the management of Information Systems and telecommunications, with 6 direct reports.
Working with branch General Managers in Australia and New Zealand, I had direct Profit and Loss responsibility (costs) for all six profit centres.
