About Me

I've accumulated 12 years of experience in the recruiting and staffing industry, and I currently serve as the VP of Recruitment for a billion dollar staffing firm. My experience spans full life cycle recruiting "at the desk" to hiring, training, and managing large delivery teams, as well as training hundreds of IT, F&A, and HLS recruiters who are responsible for nearly 10,000 hires nationally on an annual basis. I am also responsible for developing and delivering Firm-wide recruiting strategies, tools, and tactics, and achieving Lean/JIT talent identification and acquisition.

I have developed a high level of expertise in leveraging information systems for talent identification and acquisition. My searching methodology is a systematic process that incorporates probability theory and involves successive and semantic searching tactics employing Boolean and extended Boolean queries to quickly, thoroughly and methodically uncover all potentially qualified candidates from the highest to lowest probability of match. I enjoy "cracking the code" of challenging hiring profiles and creating search strategies that quickly allow me to achieve Lean/JIT sourcing, recruiting, and hiring.

I have found that there is a hidden talent pool in every database comprised of 2 types of candidates: #1 candidates that recruiters cannot find, and #2 candidates that recruiters do not find (there is a difference).
