Develop strategy to expand organization’s Web presence through online media, social networks and social media marketing.
    • Analyze trends in data to improve online content production. Increased unique visitors by 12%.
    • Perform analysis in Google Analytics to recommend to the executive team and other staff areas for improvement on Givology’s website. For instance, helped identify the need to improve paid keyword terms and their landing pages due to their overall bounce rate of over 88% (about 19% above the site’s average). Instructed Givology’s bloggers to add keywords to blog titles, tag blog content, and link to related internal blog content to better optimize site for search. Implemented social share buttons on Givology’s blog to increase viral spread of Givology content.

    • Analyzed web traffic to identify top-performing topics on the site for future content production. As a result, achieved the highest visited portal out of all sister portals (average of 20,863 unique visitors per month) and the number one rated Six Sigma podcast show on iTunes (over 100,000 downloads).
