About Me

David Perez is a public relations executive in New York. In 2006, he started Gay Conservative Liberal, a blog that takes a look at politics, gay life and pop culture from his unique point of view. Born and raised in Brooklyn, David attended the LaGuardia High School of the Arts at Lincoln Center to study fine art (the Fame school), and went on to pursue a degree in film and television from Boston University. Having started his career as a publicist as a personal assistant, David now works in the consumer marketing sector, using his love of travel, fashion, entertainment, and yes, politics, to service a host of clients.
